LG PTAC

If you’re looking for superior heating and cooling solution for your hotel, consider LG PTAC personal comfort system.  Our feature late in PTAC offering provides quiet comfort for your guests and thoughtful innovations that make our products reliable, efficient and easy for your staff to maintain. LG employs nearly fifteen thousand engineers dedicated to innovation & design. And with so many product categories we have access to a vast range of expertise. At LG we take the cost of ownership seriously, which is why our PTAC can save you money. With up to a 13. 3 EER rating on our new 7100 BTU’s per hour model, the highest overall EER currently available for PTAC equipment.

We know that a quiet room is everything, so our PTAC units operate as low as 43 decibels.  One of the secrets to our quiet operation is our BLDC motor which provides precise control and reduces electrical and mechanical sound, compared to the traditional AC motors that can be noisier and less efficient.  The ultra-quiet operation of LG’s entire line of PTAC products is the envy of the competition.  So, you reap the benefits while your guests enjoy a good night’s sleep. Additionally all of our models come standard with our gold fin plating anti-corrosion on the condenser coils to resist corrosion deterioration that can impede airflow and reduce efficiency. Our durable plastic pan wins over the competition’s lighter weight Styrofoam, which can be more prone to breakage. Maintenance is faster and easier to you.  Our standard washable filter is easily accessible from the front. The high quality mesh filter is located behind our specially designed ventilation door, and LG PTACs offer a sleek stylish design that blends beautifully with your room décor.

We know you have a choice when it comes to PTAC, so we hope we show you some of the real advantages that make LG PTAC stand out from the crowd. If you value a comfortable enjoyable stay for your guests and increased efficiency and easy maintenance for you contact your commercial HVAC dealer to find out all the reasons why LG PTAC is the ideal heating and cooling solution for your hotel.

LG Air Conditioning: Remote Control

You use remote control to operate your TV. Why not use one for your air conditioner?

Well, LG now provides a remote control with most of our air conditioners. There are different styles available but we have chosen this popular model, The Art Cool Premier, to introduce you to some of the key functions and most commonly used buttons. You want to start by correctly installing the batteries. We also include a holster that can be attached to the wall or whatever is handy. Attach it to either the included peel-and-stick tab or screwed into the wall, so you always have a safe place for it.

To begin using your LG Air Conditioner remote control, press the on/off button. Right away, you will see key information displayed on the LCD screen such as the time, the fan speed and the temperature. That’s right; the remote control has a thermometer built-in. To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius press and hold the room temp button for five seconds. In the future, whenever you want to know the current temperature, just press the room temp button.

To set the correct time, press and hold the set clear button for three seconds until a.m. begins blinking. Then adjust the time with the up and down arrows. You’ll need to advance past noon to switch from a.m. to p.m. If you’d like to speed up or slow down the fan simply press the fan speed button. Remember to point the remote at the air conditioner for the best results. To select the cooling mode use the mode button. The snowflakes indicate cooling then press it for auto or artificial intelligence mode. Then again for dehumidifying, heating and air circulation. In any mode where the temperature is displayed you can raise or lower the desired temperature simply by pressing the temp up/down arrows. There’s also the jet function available in both cooling and heating modes. As the AC unit works at high fan speed to bring the room quickly down to the desired temperature.

These are a few of the functions you want to try right away. But the remote control for your LG Air Conditioner allows you to do much more. So read that manual, watch our other videos, and spend your time with your remote in hand to get to know it.
